About

I am a Ph.D. student in the Department of Biostatistics. My advisors are Dr. Marco Carone and Dr. Alex Luedtke. I also work with Dr. Susan Shortreed on methodology for estimating adaptive treatment strategies using marginal structural models in the context of mental health care. My research is supported by an NSF Graduate Research Fellowship. Before beginning my Ph.D., I graduated with a B.A. in Mathematics from Grinnell College and spent a year as an Americorps VISTA volunteer. My research interests include causal inference, analysis of EHR data, and applications in health services and mental/behavioral health care.
