I am serving as Faculty Director of Statistical Research at the Therapeutics Development Network, part of Seattle Children's Research Institute. Our work is to serve as a coordinating center, nationally, for Cystic Fibrosis research. Recent advances in treatment of cystic fibrosis call for innovation in approaches to development of emerging interventions.  Our current research priorities include novel clinical trial design, statistical methods for rare outcomes, and complementing clinical trials with use of real-world datasets. Some of my current work is equity focused. I previously spent 16 years in infectious diseases research, as part of Laboratory Medicine at UW.
