About

I am a PhD student in Biostatistics at the University of Washington. My research focuses on nonparametric inference, advised by Dr. Aaron Hudson and Prof. Ali Shojaie. I also collaborate with Prof. Ying-Qi Zhao at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center on methodological work related to early disease detection and data integration.

Before coming to UW, I earned a Master’s degree in Statistics and Data Science from the University of Central Florida. I hold a BSc. in Mathematics with Statistics from the University of Ghana and spent time as an exchange student at Tufts University.

I’m originally from Somanya, a small town in the Eastern Region of Ghana. Outside of academics, I enjoy spending time with friends, listening to Afrobeat, playing soccer, and dancing (or at least trying to!).
