Provides an introduction to biomedical data science with an emphasis on statistical perspectives, inducing the process of collecting, organizing, and integrating information toward extracting knowledge from data in public health, biology, and medicine. Prerequisites: either BIOST 511 or equivalent; either BIOST 509 or equivalent; or permission of instructor.
