Poster Session Individuals are invited to submit research findings and ideas to present at the symposium poster session. Trainees (graduate students, postdocs, residents, undergraduates) are particularly encouraged to attend and submit abstracts for posters.
Posters will be on display throughout the entire day, with the poster session and reception taking place 3:15 – 5 p.m. Select posters that align with symposium themes will be chosen for 15-minute short talks 2-3 p.m.
Accepted poster presenters receive free admission to the symposium. If you submit a poster, please do NOT register until you know if your poster has been accepted.
Poster submissions received by Saturday, January 11, 2025 will be considered for short talks. Submissions received after January 11 will be considered on a case-by-case basis based on space availability and topic relevance.
